Return Policy
Curly & Spike does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature and customization of the products. We encourage all current and potential customers to view sample products and become familiar with the printing processes, and limits to the reproduction of images and designs, to ensure they receive merchandise that is expected. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Curly & Spike. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 10 business days of the initial delivery or pick-up date of the items. If the product is damaged due to a printing error, a refund, credit, or reprint will be issued for those damaged products upon Curly & Spike's approval.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled until the moment any part of the production has begun. This cancellation period will vary as we attempt to begin the production process the same day an order is confirmed by the client – usually within hours. If you wish to cancel an order, contact info@curlyandspike.com as quickly as possible after placing your order or call 1-818-768-2636. In some cases, we can cancel an order after production has started, however any material cost that have been incurred will not be refunded. After the product is shipped, you can refer to the Satisfaction Guaranty policy.

Shipping Methods and Times
Under normal circumstances orders will be shipped by the shipper and service you designate within the standard turnaround times listed on each products shipping section, weekends and most US holidays excluded. We offer a variety of shipping options including USPS, UPS and FedEx. Note: The specific shipper and method (Ground, Air, etc.) is assigned by the customer during the order process.

International Orders
We do ship most products internationally to many different countries. NHT will send an order approval confirmation or order cancellation notice for all International orders placed on www.nhthifi.com. Shipping cost, VAT, duties and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer. NHT only charges shipping cost based on the customer preference at the time the order is placed. We collect no VAT or duties on any products.

Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse Service
Curly & Spike reserves the right to not accept or approve or fulfill any order at any time for any reason.

Curly & Spike reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page as often as you wish. Changes to this policy are effective at the time they are posted to this Site.
