We have put together a list of common questions to help expedite your ordering process.
Where are you located?
We operate out of Sun Valley, California, in the Los Angeles County, just north of Burbank.
How do I order?
Most products can be ordered through our website by clicking "Order" next to the product you want and then following the steps provided. Some products require more customization. In this case, please email us with a detailed description of your order and we will send you a custom quote. Payments can be made through our site, over the phone, or through paypal.com.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the product, quantity, and complexity of the order. Check out each product page for its individual turnaround times. There are moments in the year that are busier than others, so we recommend you contact us if you have a specific date you must have your order in hands to confirm if this would be possible.
Can I rush my order?
In most cases rush orders are available. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need your merchandise faster than our standard turnaround times.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Picking up your order is always an option during normal business hours. Please confirm that your order is ready before heading over.
Can you ship outside the USA?
Yes. We ship orders around the world. Some countries have restrictions on which products are allowed to be imported, so please check with us before officially placing your order.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
No. All orders must be paid in full before they leave our warehouse.
How do I know if my artwork will work?
If you're unsure of your artwork quality or printability, feel free to email us your design and we can check it out for you.
I don't have an image, can you make a design for me?
Simple artwork adjustments, color changes and text modification can be done in-house. However, we do not offer full service graphic design at this time. We do know a lot of graphic designers and would be happy to recommend one to you if you have a project that requires one. Every designer works differently, so please email us what you have in mind and we can see who might be the best fit for your project.
How can I get orders shipped to me on the road?
We can drop ship to a home, hotel, or venue. When placing your order, please make a note that you need to have your order delivered by a certain date and include the full shipping address. If there is an issue with turnaround or delivery times we will inform you right away.
Can you print on a product that's not listed on your site?
It doesn't hurt to ask! Email us what you are looking to get printed and we'll confirm whether we are able to print onto it. At this time we are not offering printing onto glass, plastics or metals.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, as long as the garments have not been previously used or washed. We charge $0.25 per item for sorting.
